When I was due to adopt my son from Romania, I chickened out at the airport, leaving my husband to choose a baby on his own. The maternal instinct is VERY strong, my fear of flying was stronger still. There should be statues of you guys all over Crawley! you are BRILLIANT! You have the right mix of friendliness, & professionalism. the two pilots were very charismatic, the team leaders sympathetic & encouraging. David Landau was excellent too.
